1. General principles
WESOLLA applies a risk-based approach to countering money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CFT) in line with international FATF standards.
All clients and operations undergo multi-level checks to prevent the platform from being used for unlawful purposes.
2. KYC/KYB procedures
Before onboarding, every client goes through identification: verification of the legal entity, beneficial owners, ownership structure and documents.
For agency operations, the supplier, the basis for the payment and the source of funds are additionally verified.
3. Transaction monitoring
All operations are continuously monitored using automated systems for detecting suspicious patterns.
If anomalies are detected, the Company may suspend an operation, request additional documents and/or file a report with the competent authority.
4. Sanctions list screening
Every operation and every participant is automatically screened against international sanctions lists (UN, EU, OFAC) and PEP lists.
Operations involving participants on sanctions lists are not executed.
5. Prohibited operations
The platform does not accept operations related to: illegal trade; terrorist financing; money laundering; or other prohibited activities.
6. Record keeping
Documents and information about operations are retained for the periods established by applicable law. The Company ensures documentation is available to competent regulatory authorities.
